Most sleep advice fails because it is a list, not a routine
People who sleep poorly are rarely missing information.
They already know screens late at night are a problem. They already know a consistent bedtime would help. What they do not have is a sequence they can run when they are tired, overstimulated, and still sitting in bed with a phone.
A 21-day reset is useful for one reason: it removes the decision. Evening first. Then morning. Then the room. Then you look at what actually happened, once a week.
If you have been collecting tips and still going to bed at a different time every night, the issue is not willpower. It is that nothing in your evening is repeatable yet.
Start with one wind-down time. Keep it for seven days. Everything else is easier after that.
