Welcome to AKFITT 🩷

Hey! I'm Alice — your PT and your biggest cheerleader.

If you're here, you've already taken the hardest step: deciding you deserve better than another fad diet.

Here's how to get the most out of your guide:

  1. Read it through once without overthinking

  2. Pick ONE thing to start with this week

  3. Drop into the community chat if you have questions — I'm in there daily

You're not broken. You just need a better strategy. Let's go 💪

Why you keep regaining the weight (and what actually works)

Every January, millions of women start a new diet. By March, most have quit — and feel worse than before.

Here's the pattern I see every single week as a PT:

Restrict → crave → binge → guilt → restrict harder.

It's not a willpower problem. It's a strategy problem.

The women I work with who actually keep the weight off long-term all have three things in common:

1. They stopped cutting out entire food groups. Carbs aren't the enemy. Neither is chocolate on a Friday night.

2. They found movement they genuinely enjoy. Not punishment cardio. Not forcing themselves to love 5am runs. Something they'd do even if it burned zero calories.

3. They got support from someone who doesn't judge. Not a PT who makes them feel guilty for missing a session. Someone who meets them where they are.

If that sounds like the approach you've been looking for — I've put together two guides that break down exactly how I coach my clients through this. No fluff, no restriction, just what works.

This is the stuff I wish someone had told me years ago.
