The 3 businesses I'd start with $0 in 2026
Everyone overcomplicates starting a business. You don't need funding, a team, or a perfect idea. You need a skill, an audience, and a way to deliver value.
Here are 3 businesses I'd start tomorrow with nothing but a laptop:
1. Paid community around a niche skill
Pick something you're better at than 90% of people. Package your knowledge into a group where people pay monthly for access to you and a community of like-minded people. Start at $29-49/mo. You only need 50 members to clear $1,500+/mo.
2. Done-for-you service (then productize it)
Offer a service — copywriting, design, video editing, automation — to 3-5 clients. Once you have a repeatable process, turn it into a course or template pack. Now you've got leverage.
3. Micro-course on a specific outcome
Don't build a 40-hour course. Build a 2-hour course that solves ONE problem extremely well. "How to get your first 1,000 email subscribers" beats "Complete Marketing Masterclass" every time.
The common thread? All three can be built and launched in a weekend. The barrier isn't knowledge — it's action.
I'm teaching exactly how to execute on these inside Apex Academy. If you're serious about building, come through.
