What's the worst "apology" you've ever received (or given)?
We just covered the 3 reasons most apologies fail in the course: they center the apologizer, they come with a "but," or they're rushed.
So let's put it to the test. Drop a story below — the worst non-apology you've ever heard someone give ("I'm sorry you feel that way" energy 👀). Bonus points if you've caught yourself doing it too — we've all been there.
Then, for practice: rewrite it using the 5-part framework from Lesson 2 (Name it → Own it → Impact → Say it → Commit). Best rewrite gets a shoutout from me. 👇
