The decision-paralysis trap (and how I actually get people unstuck)

Most people don't struggle with not knowing what to do. They struggle because they've generated 6 different "right" answers and can't tell which one is actually theirs.

Here's the pattern I see constantly in guidance sessions:

  1. The overthinker loop — you replay the same 3 options every night, but nothing new comes from replaying. New clarity comes from new information or a new lens, not more repetition.

  2. Borrowed opinions — you've asked 5 friends, and now you're managing 5 people's expectations instead of solving your own problem.

  3. The fear disguised as logic — "I'm being practical" is sometimes true, and sometimes it's fear wearing a suit.

What actually breaks the loop: writing the situation down as if explaining it to a stranger who has zero context. No backstory, no justification — just what's happening and what you're afraid will happen if you choose wrong. 90% of the time, the answer is already sitting in that plain description. You just couldn't see it while it was tangled up in your head.

If you're stuck on something right now, try that exercise before you ask anyone else's opinion — including mine.

I have sent many email to your support team but never received a reply. Please refund the money I spent. The nine tailed spell was never done for me. I just kept getting scary promotion messages. Your refund button is also broken. I give you 1 star for all the sevic3s because none was given.
