Burnout isn't laziness. It's a thinking problem.
Most people treat burnout like a battery issue. Sleep more. Take a week off. Come back and grind.
That doesn't work if the way you think is what drained you.
The pattern I keep seeing: you overreach, you prove yourself, you disappear, you hate yourself for disappearing, you overreach again. Rest doesn't break that loop. A different way of thinking does.
