→ Reveals sophistication level and how burned they are on previous solutions. Tells you how to position your offer without triggering objections they've already had.

Question 3: "Is this something you're actively looking to solve in the next 30 days, or are you still in research mode?"

→ The most important question. Exposes urgency and buying timeline. Anyone who says "actively" goes straight to your booking link. Anyone in research mode goes into a nurture sequence — not the trash. That person may be your client in 60 days.
