2. Wrong product for the traffic. A designer picks a beautiful timber for a retail space that gets 500 people a day. Looks amazing for 3 months, then it's shredded. We match flooring to actual foot traffic — not just aesthetics.

3. No expansion gaps. Commercial spaces have big temperature swings. Skip the expansion gaps and you'll hear every floor plank buckling by summer. We plan for movement.
