60% of restaurants close in year one. 80% are gone by year five.

Not because the food was bad. Because the owner had no system.

No daily planner. No KPI dashboard. No prep sheet. No waste tracking. No way to know — on any given Tuesday — whether the restaurant was making money or quietly dying.

They ran a complex operation on instinct, gut feelings, and hope.

Hope is not a management system.

You didn't open a restaurant to drown in 14-hour days, unexplained food costs, staff who vanish, and cash flow that makes no sense.

You opened it because you believed in something.

But belief without a system is just burnout with better intentions.

MISE OS™ — The Restaurant Management System

Every station. Every shift. Under control.

This is not a course. Not a masterclass. Not a 47-module program you'll never finish.

This is the system you download tonight, print tomorrow morning, and hand to your team before the first ticket hits the pass.

15 printable operations templates.

Daily planner that runs your entire shift on one page. Weekly overview that tracks revenue, covers, and staff issues across 7 days. Monthly revenue tracker — every dollar, every order, every day. Inventory count sheet with par levels and reorder flags. Staff schedule with hours, labor cost, and labor percentage built in. Cleaning checklist — kitchen, restrooms, FOH, equipment. Kitchen prep sheet — par levels, quantities, specials, 86'd items. Expense tracker with category breakdowns. Supplier order sheet with delivery verification. Reservation sheet with time slots, PAX, and special requests. Guest feedback cards — printable, ready for tonight. Monthly goals and review — targets, actuals, lessons, wins. Food waste log — by item, cost, reason code, and shift. Recipe cost card — ingredient costing with profitability analysis.

Nothing to learn. Nothing to set up. Print and use.

The 12 KPIs that decide everything.

One page. Twelve numbers. Targets. Formulas. Action triggers.

Food cost %. Labor cost %. Prime cost. Net profit margin. Average ticket size. RevPASH. Table turnover. Food waste %. Customer retention. Employee turnover. Break-even point. Customer acquisition cost.

If you don't know these numbers, you don't know your business.

This cheat sheet fixes that in five minutes.

The Source Code of Restaurant Excellence.

17 pages that rewire how you operate.

Built on Sahil Adeem's Source Code Framework — neurology, purpose, leadership, identity, and growth — applied directly to restaurant management.

Your kitchen runs on brain chemistry. Cortisol produces chaos. Oxytocin produces loyalty. This guide shows you how to engineer the shift.

"I love food" is not a business purpose. This guide rewrites your mission around the problem you actually solve.

Screaming chefs don't build great teams. Organic leadership — built on character, competence, and care — builds teams that perform when you're not in the building.

Includes a full 30-day implementation plan.

Who this is for:

Restaurant owners running on instinct instead of systems. Café owners who've never tracked a KPI. Cloud kitchen operators drowning in cost they can't explain. Hospitality leaders managing through chaos instead of structure. Anyone who opened with passion and now needs a system to match.

This is not another PDF that sits in your downloads folder.

This is the system that makes your food cost make sense. That gives your staff a clear standard to follow. That puts a paper trail on every piece of waste. That turns your revenue into a dashboard instead of a guess. That gives your restaurant an actual operating system.

Your phone buzzes at 11pm. Another customer asking what time you close. Another lead asking if you deliver to their area. Another message you'll reply to tomorrow — except tomorrow they already bought from someone who replied tonight.

You're not running a business. You're babysitting one.

This bundle exists because I watched business owners in Qatar lose deals, lose customers, and lose sleep over problems that a $30/month automation stack could fix in a weekend.

Three PDFs. One playbook with step-by-step blueprints for restaurants, retail, and real estate. One print-ready workbook with checklists and planning sheets. One mindset framework from Sahil Adeem that changes how you think about systems, leadership, and growth.

No fluff. No filler. No "history of AI" chapter you'll skip.

Build something this week. Not next month. This week.

Grab the bundle. Your future self will thank you.

Sahil Adeem's Source Code Framework integrates neuroscience, Islamic philosophy, and real-world leadership principles — adapted here for young learners.

Pillar 01 — Neurology Cortisol, Oxytocin, and Dopamine shape how your child thinks, learns, and behaves. Key question: Am I running on fear — or love?

Pillar 02 — Purpose Real purpose is solving problems for others — not chasing trophies or praise. Key question: What problems do I want to fix?

Pillar 03 — Leadership True leaders serve — they don't show off. Leadership is earned through care, not given by title. Key question: Do I lead with my heart?

Pillar 04 — Identity Islam as a complete operating system — not just rituals. A values-based identity that never needs external approval. Key question: What are my core values?

Pillar 05 — IQ & Growth Intelligence grows through pressure and doing hard things — not passive watching or reading. Key question: Am I growing through challenges?

PRODUCT TITLE Raise a Child with a Superior Psychology

TAGLINE The Complete 30-Day Framework to Build Your Child's Brain, Character, Purpose & Unshakeable Identity

HERO HEADING Something Is Happening to This Generation of Children.

HERO SUBHEADING They are smarter than any generation before them — and more anxious, more lost, more emotionally empty. They quit faster. They need more reassurance. They cannot sit with themselves for five minutes without a screen.

You have tried patience. Rules. Screen limits. More praise. Less pressure.

And you keep asking the same quiet question: why is it not working?

The problem is not your child. The problem is the operating system.

SECTION: WHAT THIS IS

Raise a Child with a Superior Psychology is a 30-day home framework built on the Source Code — a behavioral neuroscience system developed by Sahil Adeem that addresses the root causes of how a child thinks, feels, and chooses.

Five interlocking pillars. Thirty daily actions. Simple enough for a child. Deep enough to actually change something permanent.

SECTION: THE SCREEN AGE CRISIS

Your child is not lazy. Their brain has been rewired.

Screens are not neutral. They are dopamine delivery systems — engineered by the world's most sophisticated behavioral scientists to be more compelling than real life. Gaming dilates reward centers faster than the brain can grow. YouTube answers "who am I?" before a parent can. Netflix floods the nervous system with low-grade cortisol and quietly disconnects your family from the inside.

This guide teaches you how to make real life win.

SECTION: THE FIVE PILLARS

Pillar 1 — Neurology Cortisol. Oxytocin. Dopamine. Three chemicals governing your child's every moment. Learn to read them — and design a day that works with the brain, not against it.

Pillar 2 — Purpose A child raised on achievement needs constant applause. A child raised on purpose uses achievement as a tool. This week, your child writes their first mission statement — a compass no failure can destroy.

Pillar 3 — Leadership Organic leaders are built through oxytocin. Designated leaders through dopamine. Only one lasts. This week your child learns to listen, keep their word, act with courage, and resolve conflict without damage.

Pillar 4 — Identity Identity is the operating system. What a child believes they ARE determines what they try, avoid, and persist through — more powerfully than any circumstance. This week, your child writes their own story before the world writes it for them.

Pillar 5 — IQ & Growth IQ is not fixed. It grows under pressure. A brain trained to love challenge never stops building. This week you install that engine — and correct the most dangerous misunderstanding in modern parenting.

SECTION: WHAT YOU GET

→ The neuroscience of WHY your child behaves the way they do — and how to shift it → The Screen Age Crisis breakdown: PlayStation, YouTube, and Netflix on the developing brain → 5 science-backed pillars that rebuild from the inside out → 30 specific daily actions — 5 to 15 minutes, no preparation required → A private Moment for Mum on every single day card → 30-Day Brain Chemical Tracker — cortisol, oxytocin, dopamine rated daily → Weekly Reflection Journal → 30-Day Action Checklist → A Letter to Your Future Self — sealed, to be opened in 365 days

SECTION: WHO THIS IS FOR

✓ Mothers who sense something is wrong but cannot name it ✓ Parents of children aged 5 to 14 — any background, any country ✓ Families where screens have become the default answer ✓ Anyone who tried more rules and wants something deeper ✓ Parents who want their child genuinely whole — not just performing

SECTION: HOW IT WORKS

Each day takes 5 to 15 minutes. No preparation. No equipment.

You read a brain note — one neuroscience insight explaining what is literally happening inside your child's mind. You do one specific action together. You say one sentence aloud — because vocalizing a belief rewires the brain differently than reading it. And every card includes a private Moment for Mum: what your child cannot say, what you may be tempted to skip, and the one shift that will actually move the needle.

At the end of each week, you use the workbook to make progress visible. Because a brain that sees its own growth wants more of it.

SECTION: AGE GUIDE

Ages 5–8 — Parent reads aloud. Keep all actions playful and visual. Ages 9–11 — Read together. Child does the actions. Parent guides, never corrects. Ages 12–14 — Child reads independently. Parent discusses as an equal.

SECTION: CLOSING / CTA

Every human being runs on a source code — an internal operating system built in childhood that determines how they think, lead, respond to failure, and what they do with their life.

Most parents never get to choose what goes into that code.

This guide teaches you how to write it deliberately.

Thirty days. Five pillars. One child — changed from the inside.

Your Brain Has a Default Mode. Here's How to Change It.

Right now, your brain is running a program you didn't write.

Every time you wake up, your subconscious fires the same sequence: check phone, scroll, feel behind, rush through the morning, react to everyone else's priorities. By noon, you haven't done a single thing that actually matters to YOU.

This is your brain's Default Mode Network — and neuroscience has proven it runs roughly 50% of your waking life. Half your day is on autopilot.

The question isn't whether you have a default mode. Everyone does. The question is: did you choose yours, or did it choose you?

How your default mode gets programmed

Your brain is an efficiency machine. Anything you repeat enough times gets compressed into automatic routines — so your conscious mind can focus on "new" problems. That's why you don't think about how to brush your teeth or drive a car.

But here's the issue: your brain doesn't distinguish between useful automations and destructive ones. Scroll social media every morning for 60 days? Automated. React defensively when someone criticises you? Automated. Procrastinate on hard tasks by "researching" first? Automated.

These aren't choices anymore. They're programs.

Rewriting the code

You can't delete old programs — that's not how neural pathways work. But you CAN build new ones that are stronger.

The process is simpler than you think:

1. Interrupt the pattern. The moment you catch yourself running on autopilot, pause. Even a 3-second pause breaks the loop and engages your prefrontal cortex (the decision-making part of your brain).

2. Insert a micro-action. Replace the old default with something tiny. Instead of reaching for your phone when you wake up, drink water. Instead of scrolling when you're bored, write one sentence. The replacement has to be easy enough that it requires zero motivation.

3. Repeat until it's the new default. Research shows it takes 18-254 days to form a new habit (not the mythical 21 days). The average is 66 days. That's two months of deliberate practice before the new program runs automatically.

4. Stack and compound. Once one new default is locked in, attach the next one to it. Morning water → one journal sentence → 5 minutes of movement. Each layer builds on the last.

The goal isn't to eliminate autopilot — it's to make sure YOUR programs are running, not the ones life installed by accident.

This is exactly what we teach inside Automiq — how to identify your current defaults, design better ones, and install them using behavioural psychology. Use code LAUNCH for 30% off if you're ready to start rewriting your operating system.

The Compound Effect of Tiny Identity Shifts

A plane flying from Los Angeles to New York only needs to be off by 1 degree to land in Washington D.C. instead. One degree. Invisible at takeoff. Massive at landing.

Your habits work the same way.

I spent years trying to change my life through big dramatic moves — new routines, 30-day challenges, complete lifestyle overhauls. They'd last a few weeks, then I'd snap back to exactly where I started. Every single time.

The breakthrough came when I stopped trying to change my actions and started changing my identity — in the smallest possible increments.

Why identity beats behaviour every time

Most people set goals like this: "I want to lose 20kg" or "I want to build a business." Then they white-knuckle their way through new behaviours until willpower runs dry.

The problem? You're fighting against your own self-image. If you see yourself as "someone who's trying to get fit," every workout is a negotiation. But if you genuinely identify as "someone who moves their body daily," skipping feels wrong. The behaviour becomes automatic because it's aligned with who you believe you are.

This is called identity-based habits, and the research behind it is rock solid.

How tiny shifts compound

Here's what most people miss: you don't need to wake up tomorrow as a completely new person. You just need to shift 1 degree.

  • Read one page before bed → after 30 days, you've read a book. After a year, you've read 12. You start calling yourself a reader. You start thinking like one.

  • Write 100 words a day → after 90 days, you have 9,000 words. That's a small book. You start seeing yourself as someone who creates, not just consumes.

  • Save $5 a day → after a year, that's $1,825. More importantly, you've become someone who builds wealth by default.

None of these feel impressive on day one. That's the point. Your brain doesn't resist them because they're too small to trigger the fear response. But each one is a vote for a new identity.

The vote system

Think of every action as casting a vote for the type of person you want to become. You don't need a unanimous vote — you just need a majority.

Miss a day? That's one vote. It doesn't erase the 15 votes before it. The goal isn't perfection. It's casting more votes for your new identity than your old one.

Over weeks, the evidence accumulates. Your brain updates its model: "I guess I AM someone who writes / exercises / builds things." Once that shift happens, the behaviours stop requiring effort. They become your new default.

The trap to avoid

Don't try to shift everything at once. Pick ONE identity shift. One tiny daily action that represents who you want to become. Protect it for 60 days. Let it become automatic before adding the next one.

Stack them slowly and in 12 months, you won't recognise your life — not because you made one dramatic change, but because you made one invisible shift that compounded daily.

This is the core philosophy behind everything we build at Automiq — systems that work with your psychology, not against it. If you're ready to start rewiring how you see yourself, check out what we've put together. Use code LAUNCH for 30% off.

Profile picture
salwaProfile picture@salwabook·May 18

You Don't Need More Information. You Need a New Identity.

You've read the books. Watched the videos. Saved the tweets. You probably know more about productivity, habits, and psychology than 95% of people.

So why are you still stuck?

Because knowledge doesn't change behaviour. Identity does.

Here's what I mean:

A person who identifies as "someone trying to get fit" will always struggle with consistency. They're fighting against their self-image with every workout.

A person who identifies as "an athlete" doesn't debate whether to train. It's just what they do. The behaviour flows from the identity, not the other way around.

This is one of the most powerful insights from behavioural psychology — and almost nobody applies it:

You don't rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your identity.

So how do you actually shift your identity? Three steps:

Step 1: Choose who you want to become (not what you want to achieve)

Instead of "I want to make $10K/month," try "I want to become someone who creates value every single day." The income follows the identity.

Step 2: Cast small votes for that identity

Every action is a vote for the person you're becoming. Read one page? That's a vote for "I'm a reader." Ship one project? That's a vote for "I'm a builder." You don't need massive transformation — you need consistent votes.

Step 3: Cut evidence that contradicts the new identity

Unfollow accounts that make you feel behind. Leave group chats that drain your energy. Stop consuming content that reinforces your old story. Your environment is constantly voting too.

The people who break through aren't smarter or more disciplined. They just decided who they were becoming — and started acting like that person before they had proof.

That's what Automiq is about. Not more information. A complete system to rebuild how you see yourself and what you're capable of.

How I Use AI to Make Better Decisions (Not Just Faster Ones)

Everyone's using AI to write emails faster and summarize documents. That's fine. But it's like buying a Ferrari to drive to the corner shop.

The real power of AI isn't speed — it's thinking leverage. Here's how I actually use it:

1. Decision Journaling with AI

Before any big decision, I prompt AI to argue AGAINST my preferred choice. Hard. I tell it to find every flaw, every risk, every blind spot I'm ignoring.

Why? Because your brain is wired for confirmation bias. You'll always find reasons to do what you already want to do. AI doesn't have that bias — if you prompt it correctly.

2. The "10 Versions" Technique

Stuck on a problem? Don't ask AI for THE answer. Ask it for 10 completely different approaches. Your brain naturally filters and combines — but it needs raw material to work with. Most people ask AI to think FOR them. I use it to give my brain more to think WITH.

3. Reverse Engineering Goals

I describe where I want to be in 12 months, then ask AI to work backwards and identify what the person who achieved that goal was doing 30, 60, and 90 days in. This removes the "what should I do first?" paralysis.

4. Prompt Framing > Prompt Engineering

The quality of AI output depends entirely on how you frame your identity and context in the prompt. "Help me write a business plan" gives you generic slop. "You are advising a first-time founder in the Gulf region building a psychology-based education product" gives you gold.

Most people use AI as a tool. Start using it as a thinking partner and the gap between where you are and where you want to be shrinks dramatically.

We've compiled our best prompt frameworks inside Gulf AI Prompts for Success — practical templates you can use today to think sharper and work smarter.

The 2-Minute Rule That Rewired My Entire Morning Routine

I used to set my alarm for 5:30am, hit snooze until 7, then spend the rest of the day feeling like a failure. Sound familiar?

The problem wasn't discipline. It was that my brain saw "morning routine" as a 90-minute commitment — meditate, journal, exercise, cold shower, read. Just thinking about it was exhausting before I even opened my eyes.

Then I learned something that changed everything: *your brain doesn't resist actions. It resists the perceived effort of actions.*

So I stopped trying to build a "morning routine" and instead applied the 2-Minute Rule:

Make the first action of your day take less than 2 minutes.

Here's what that looked like for me:

  • Week 1: Wake up → drink a glass of water. That's it. Done.

  • Week 2: Wake up → drink water → write ONE sentence in a journal.

  • Week 3: Wake up → drink water → write one sentence → 5 push-ups.

Each step was so small my brain couldn't object. And here's the psychology behind why it works:

1. Activation Energy — Starting is always the hardest part. A 2-minute task has almost zero activation energy. Once you're moving, continuing is easy.

2. Identity Reinforcement — Every time you complete even a tiny routine, your brain logs it as evidence: "I'm someone who follows through." Over time, this rewires your self-image.

3. Habit Stacking — Once one tiny habit is automatic, you attach the next one to it. The chain grows naturally without willpower.

Within 6 weeks, I had a 45-minute morning routine that felt effortless — not because I became more disciplined, but because I stopped fighting my brain and started working with it.

Try this tomorrow: Pick ONE 2-minute action to do the moment you wake up. Don't add anything else for a full week. Let the system work.

This is the kind of framework we break down inside Automiq — science-backed systems that actually stick.
