WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS
Weeks 1–2 (install): we sit with you and write Green / Amber / Red rules. You stay reachable. Do not go dark in week 1.
Then: coverage of those rules during published hours, plus a weekly exception log. Exceptions are capped. We do not add 24/7.

HOURS (LOCKED)
Coverage is South African daytime only: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 SAST (UTC+2).
That is roughly 02:00–11:00 US Eastern. After 17:00 SAST, overnight, weekends, and public holidays in South Africa, messages wait until the next coverage window unless they are already Green with a written answer.
This is not US evening coverage. This is not nights. This is not 24/7.

GREEN — answer now, no owner (only what is already written down).
AMBER — send the scripted reply, then log it.
RED — do not answer. Wait for the owner’s review window.

PRICE
$497.00 USD per month, charged up front each month. 90-day minimum (three invoices). Not a trial. Not a cheap VA. Not a shop with a till. Not fashion ops.
