5 skincare mistakes that are secretly ruining your glow
I've been deep in the beauty game for years, and these are the mistakes I see literally everyone making:
1. Skipping SPF on cloudy days. UV rays don't care about clouds. Your skin is aging right now if you're unprotected. Use SPF 30+ daily — yes, even indoors near windows.
2. Over-exfoliating. That "squeaky clean" feeling? That's your skin barrier crying. 2-3 times a week max. Your skin needs its natural oils.
3. Layering products in the wrong order. Thinnest to thickest. Always. Serum → moisturizer → SPF. If you're putting heavy cream before your serum, it's not absorbing.
4. Sleeping in makeup. I know, you're tired. But one night of sleeping in foundation = clogged pores for a week. Keep micellar water on your nightstand if you're lazy about it.
5. Ignoring your neck and chest. Your skincare routine doesn't stop at your jawline. The neck and décolletage age faster because most people skip them.
Fix these five things and you'll see a difference within 2 weeks. I guarantee it.
