You don't have a diet problem — you have a tracking problem
Most students eat the same 10-15 meals on rotation but have zero idea what's actually in them.
You think you're eating enough protein? You're probably not. You think you're drinking enough water? Almost definitely not.
I built a Notion template that fixes this in about 5 minutes a day:
1. Add your foods once
Enter the meals and snacks you actually eat. Protein, carbs, fats, calories — done. You only do this once per food.
2. Plan your week
Drag your foods into a weekly meal planner. Sunday evening, 10 minutes, whole week sorted.
3. Auto grocery list
The template shows you exactly what groceries you need based on your meal plan. No more wandering around the store guessing.
4. Track the stuff that matters
Sleep time, sleep quality, mood, water intake — all in one daily log. After 2 weeks you'll start seeing patterns you never noticed.
Why this works:
You don't need a $30/month app. You don't need a nutritionist. You just need to see the numbers. Once you track for a week, you'll never go back to guessing.
Built this for myself, now I'm sharing it.
