Three habits I see every weekend:

1. Too many plays. Five "locks" is not a strategy. It's a lottery ticket with extra steps.

2. Chasing the last loss. Doubling after a bad beat is how a $50 night turns into $400 gone.

3. Betting games they didn't even watch. If you can't name the injuries and the line movement, you are guessing.

The edge for a casual bettor is not being smarter than Vegas. It's being more disciplined than the other casuals.

Fewer plays. Same unit size. Walk away after the card is in.
