Good evening to everyone who simply survived today. 🌙🦥

If your mental health took a hit today and you are lying there feeling guilty about everything you didn't get done, I want you to read this and let it sink in:

"Rest is not a reward for a perfectly productive day. It is a basic human need."

We are wired to believe that motivation means grinding through the exhaustion. But when your nervous system is overwhelmed, the most powerful and motivating thing you can do for your mental health is to officially declare the day "over." Forgive yourself for whatever didn't get crossed off the to-do list.

As we talk about in The Bare Minimum guide, lowering the bar is how we actually survive without burning out completely. So tonight, let's practice some low-energy triage.

Your Bare Minimum Evening Checklist:

Drop the Guilt: Whatever you didn't finish today is officially tomorrow's problem. Leave it there.

The Single-Item Clean: Put exactly one thing away. A cup in the sink, a shirt in the hamper. Just one.

Unclench: Drop your shoulders, unclench your jaw, and take a deep breath.

You did enough today just by being here.

What is your favorite zero-energy way to disconnect before bed? Let me know in the chat below. 👇

I designed this to be a fast, highly scannable cheat sheet. It keeps the exact same warm, aesthetic branding as the main book, but condenses all the deep psychology into bite-sized actionable pieces. If your intrigued then I’d definitely recommend buying the full in depth 3 day Guide that comes with a limited free 3 more days included making a total 6 days!!! ✨❤️

Good morning to everyone who woke up already tired. ☕️🦥

Here is your official reminder that you do not have to "crush it" today. If your nervous system is fried and you are already overwhelmed, the heavy to-do list can wait.

Your Bare Minimum Checklist for today:

  • Drink one glass of water without staring at a screen.

  • Do one chore poorly (remember, a half-job is infinitely better than zero-doing).

  • Give yourself grace for simply surviving.

How are our batteries looking this morning? Drop a 🔋 in the chat if you have a little energy today, or a 🪫 if you are officially running on fumes!

Hello Everyone!

If you are reading this, you are probably tired. Not just "I need a nap" tired, but deeply, chronically fatigued. You are overwhelmed by the endless, invisible tasks required to simply exist as an adult.

Society tells you that if you just wake up at 5:00 AM, drink a green smoothie, and color-code your planner, your life will magically fall into place.

This guide is here to tell you: Forget all of that. When you are dealing with burnout, neurodivergence, or simple exhaustion from modern life, standard productivity advice is not just unhelpful—it is actively harmful. It makes you feel guilty for failing at systems that were never designed for your current energy levels.

Welcome to The Bare Minimum. This is not a guide on how to become a hyper-productive CEO. This is a gentle, low-pressure survival manual for keeping yourself fed, somewhat clean, and mentally afloat when your battery is at 0%. Stop trying to optimize, learn to lower the bar, and give yourself the grace to just exist.
