The 3 things that actually matter at $0-$10k/month

Most early-stage founders are drowning in advice. Build a funnel. Run ads. Hire a VA. Post on 5 platforms. Automate everything.

Here's the truth: none of that matters until you nail 3 things.

1. One offer that people actually want

Not "pretty good." Not "interesting." Something where people say "shut up and take my money." If you're not getting that reaction, your offer needs work — not your marketing.

Test it by describing it in one sentence. If it takes a paragraph, it's not clear enough.

2. One channel you own

Pick ONE place where your audience hangs out. Get unreasonably good at showing up there. Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, cold email — doesn't matter. Just pick one and go deep.

Founders who spread across 5 platforms at this stage are playing defense. You need to play offense on one.

3. One metric you check daily

Revenue. Not followers, not impressions, not "brand awareness." How much money came in today?

If the answer is $0 for more than a week straight, something in #1 or #2 is broken. Fix it.

That's it. Offer, channel, revenue. Everything else is noise until you're past $10k/month.

I break down exactly how to execute on each of these every week inside Blueprint Weekly. It's free — subscribe if you want the playbook.
