Welcome to BodyBlueprint 💪

Welcome — you just made the best decision for your fitness journey.

Here's how to get started:

1. Start the course — Head to the Fitness Course tab. Start from Week 1 and follow along. Each lesson builds on the last.

2. Grab your meal plan — Check the Meal Plans & Templates tab. Download the plan that matches your goal (fat loss or muscle building) and start prepping.

3. Use the trackers — Log your workouts and meals. What gets tracked gets improved.

4. Join the community — Hop into the Community chat, introduce yourself, and share your goals. This isn't a solo mission.

If you have any questions, drop them in the chat. Let's get to work.

The 3 mistakes that keep beginners stuck (and what to do instead)

I've coached hundreds of beginners. Same three mistakes, every time.

Mistake 1: Starting with a program that's too advanced.

You don't need a PPL split or 6 days a week. You need 3 days of full-body training with progressive overload. That alone will transform your body in 12 weeks.

Mistake 2: Dieting too aggressively.

Cutting 1000 calories from day one is a recipe for binging by Friday. A 300-500 calorie deficit is all you need. Pair it with high protein (0.8g per pound of bodyweight) and you'll lose fat while keeping muscle.

Mistake 3: No tracking.

"I'm eating clean" means nothing if you don't know your numbers. Track your workouts. Track your meals for the first 4 weeks — even loosely. It builds awareness that sticks for life.

The fix for all three? A structured system. That's exactly what I built with BodyBlueprint — training programs, meal plans, templates, and trackers designed specifically for beginners who want real results without the guesswork.
