ok i need to talk about this because it's been in my head for weeks

soviet training methods are actually insane. like this wasn't some guy's opinion, this was literal government-funded sports science for decades. they had ONE job — make athletes win. so every method had to actually work or it got scrapped.

and it's still the blueprint behind basically every real strength program today, most people just don't know it.

so i put the whole thing into a guide bc i was tired of seeing people train with zero structure and wonder why they're not progressing

it's got:

  • the actual principles (not fluff)

  • full breakdown w charts

  • exercise diagrams

  • 12 week plan you can just follow

36 pages, no filler, just the stuff that actually matters

Why do Soviet-era training methods still outperform most modern programs?

Because it was never a trend — it was a decades-long, state-funded science project with one goal: results. Every principle had to survive contact with reality.

I put everything into one guide:

✓ The 5 principles behind the system

✓ Full periodization breakdown (with charts)

✓ Illustrated exercise library

✓ 12-week training templates

✓ 36 pages, zero fluff

If your training has felt directionless, this is the structure you're missing.
