Worth the cost. Group will share deals, answer questions but more importantly should be used to learn the skills to hunt on your own. Takes time and effort to be successful and B&B will definitely help.

I've been a member of this group for a few months now and the leads that they provide are good but i personally love the fact that it teaches members how to find leads and run their business instead of doing it all for them.
