We sell two separate products:

Workshop STL Pack — print-ready STL files for desk organizers, cable clips, and workshop fixtures on hobby FDM printers (Ender, Prusa, and Bambu-class). After you subscribe, open STL Downloads inside the pack to download files. Subscription renews automatically every 2 days at the displayed price until canceled.

1-Hour Printer Support is sold separately. It is a 1-on-1 online session of up to 60 minutes per 2-day billing cycle. It is not bundled with the STL pack.

Printer support is optional and lives on its own product page. STL access does not include support sessions.
