What's actually inside The Compass Playbook (no fluff, just the 4 chapters)

Getting asked what's actually in the course, so here's the real breakdown:

Chapter 1 — The comparison-site model & picking a profitable vertical (what makes a niche worth building in, what to avoid)

Chapter 2 — Sourcing & vetting affiliate programs by EPC (the exact metric that separates a program worth applying to from a waste of time, plus the flat-fee vs. percentage rule for insurance-adjacent categories)

Chapter 3 — Building & deploying the site (the real architecture, how to wire in approved links safely, the typecheck/build/deploy workflow)

Chapter 4 — Compliance, separation & scaling (keeping multiple businesses clean, and how to repeat the whole system for a new vertical)

Most people who launch on Whop never make a single sale — here's the actual reason

It's not the product. It's not the pricing. It's that they build the thing and then... stop. No traffic plan, no affiliate program, no promo, no distribution — just a checkout link sitting on an empty store page.

I wrote The Compass Playbook to be the opposite of that: a real, step-by-step system (not just "build a site and hope") for picking a vertical, sourcing real revenue programs, building the site, and then actually getting it in front of people — including how I use Whop's own tools (affiliate programs, forum posts, tracking links, Discover) to do that with zero ad spend.

Built 3 affiliate comparison sites this year — here's the repeatable part

Insurance, travel, and cybersecurity comparison sites — different verticals, same exact playbook every time: pick a vertical people actively compare in, source real affiliate programs and vet them with performance data, build a simple comparison site, wire in approved links, ship.

The repeatable part is what makes it worth packaging. Wrote it all down in The Compass Playbook if you want the exact system instead of reverse-engineering it yourself: (LAUNCH20 for 20% off)

The one metric that decides whether an affiliate program is worth applying to

Most people chase the highest commission % and get burned. Here's the actual signal that matters: EPC (Earnings Per Click) — average earnings per 100 clicks, reported over a 3-month and a 7-day window.

The rule: a strong, rising 7-day EPC is a green light regardless of the commission %. A near-zero or $0.00 7-day EPC is a hard reject — even with a great historical average and a juicy commission rate. It means something changed and new clicks probably won't convert.

This (and a lot more like it) is in The Compass Playbook, the system I used to build 3 live affiliate comparison sites:

I turned my playbook for building affiliate income sites into a course

I've personally used this exact system to launch 3 live affiliate comparison websites (insurance, travel, and cybersecurity). Packaged the whole thing into The Compass Playbook — picking a profitable niche, sourcing and vetting real affiliate programs with performance data, building the site, and scaling to multiple verticals the right way.
