Stop hunting for clients. Find your next 10 local business leads before lunch. 🎯

If you run an agency, sell SEO, manage social media, or offer B2B services, your biggest bottleneck is prospecting. Scrapers give you dead lists, and manual research takes hours.

We built BusySage to change that.

Instead of generic data, BusySage hands you high-intent local leads enriched with the exact "weak signals" you need to close them.

What you get inside the database:

  • Deep Enrichment: Verified emails, direct phone numbers, and the actual names of business owners.

  • Vulnerability Detection: See exactly who is dropping in Google Maps rankings, who lacks an SSL certificate, who has a terrible mobile site score, or who is running unoptimized ad campaigns.

  • Built-in AI Pitch Writer: Zero templated garbage. Click one button to generate a highly personalized, friendly, or direct pitch based entirely on that specific business's weak signals. Copy, paste, and send in 5 seconds.

We just launched our official digital access hub right here on Whop.

Welcome to BusySage β€” Here's How to Get Started

Welcome aboard 🎯

You now have access to the lead generation engine that's going to change how you run outreach.

Here's how to get the most out of BusySage from day one:

1. Set Up Your First Search

Head into the BusySage dashboard and run your first local lead search. Start with one niche and one city β€” don't spread thin. Example: "Dentists in Austin, TX."

2. Build Your Outreach List

Export your leads and organize them by priority. Focus on businesses with weak online presence β€” they need you the most and are easiest to close.

3. Use the Pipeline

Every lead you contact should move through your pipeline stages. This isn't optional β€” it's how you avoid losing deals in the chaos.

4. Check Updates & Guides Regularly

We post platform updates, outreach templates, and lead gen strategies here. Turn on notifications so you don't miss anything.

5. Ask Questions in Community Chat

Stuck on something? Drop it in the community chat. Other agency owners here have been through the same problems.

Your goal this week: Run your first search, contact 20 leads, and move at least 5 into your pipeline.

Let's get to work.

The 5-Step Local Lead Gen Framework That Books 10+ Calls Per Week

Most SMMA owners waste hours scraping random business lists and blasting cold emails into the void.

Here's the framework that actually works β€” the same one agencies use to consistently book 10+ sales calls per week with local business owners.

Step 1: Pick a Niche With Pain, Not Just Revenue

Stop chasing "restaurants" and "real estate agents" because some guru said so. Look for niches where:

  • The business owner personally answers the phone (small teams = faster decisions)

  • They have high customer lifetime value (med spas, roofing, dental, HVAC)

  • Their online presence is visibly bad (no Google reviews, broken websites, no social media)

Pro tip: Search Google Maps for businesses in your target city with fewer than 15 reviews and no website linked. That's your prospect list.

Step 2: Validate Before You Scrape

Before pulling 5,000 leads, pull 50. Call 10 of them. If you can't get 3 people on the phone, the niche or city isn't right. Fix your targeting before you scale your volume.

Step 3: Lead With a Specific Result, Not a Service

Nobody cares that you "do social media marketing." They care that you can get them more customers.

Bad: "We offer social media management for local businesses."

Good: "We help dentists in Phoenix get 15-20 new patient bookings per month through Google and Facebook."

The more specific your offer, the higher your response rate.

Step 4: Use a 3-Touch Outreach Sequence

Don't send one email and give up. The money is in the follow-up:

  1. Day 1 β€” Cold email with a personalized loom video (60 seconds max) showing what's wrong with their current marketing

  2. Day 3 β€” Follow-up email with a case study or screenshot of results you've gotten for a similar business

  3. Day 7 β€” Phone call referencing your previous emails ("I sent you a quick video earlier this week...")

This consistently gets 8-15% booking rates when done right.

Step 5: Track Everything in a Pipeline

The biggest killer of agency revenue isn't bad leads β€” it's forgetting to follow up. Every single lead needs to be tracked:

  • New β†’ you found them

  • Contacted β†’ you sent the first message

  • Replied β†’ they responded

  • Call Booked β†’ meeting scheduled

  • Closed β†’ deal signed

If you're managing this in a spreadsheet, you're leaving money on the table. A proper CRM pipeline keeps your outreach organized and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

This is exactly what BusySage is built for β€” finding the right leads, organizing your pipeline, and making sure every prospect gets followed up on.
