Calibrix sells print-ready STL files for hobby FDM printers, plus a separate 1-hour online printer support session.

Workshop STL Pack is the file product. After you buy it, open STL Downloads to grab the files. Use Printer Chat for print settings and Print Guides for setup notes. Access to those files stays with the product after the one-time purchase.

1-Hour 3D Printer Support is a different product. It is one online session of up to 60 minutes for setup, slicing, calibration, or print quality. It is not bundled with the STL pack.

If a print fails, buy the support session separately. The STL pack does not include live repair.
