Most haunt props fail on the second night outside, not on the printer.

A 24-inch tombstone is a sail. Sun hits one face. Night drops 20 degrees. PLA that looked perfect on the bench will banana.

What actually holds up:

• PETG or ASA for anything that sleeps in the yard

• 3 walls minimum, not 2. Wind finds the thin spots

• Split the model. Glue with epoxy, not super glue on PETG

• A 0.6 mm nozzle cuts print time without killing the look at haunt-viewing distance

If you are still dialing in, print a 50 mm coupon of the same wall/infill before you commit 12 hours. That one habit saves more filament than any slicer profile.

I keep a small pack of print-ready haunt files for people already past the calibration stage. Use them or don't. The print rules above are the part that matters.
