Most people are using AI wrong — here's the fix
I built CARRYNEX Q after watching entrepreneurs and freelancers waste hours prompting ChatGPT like it's a search engine, then giving up because "AI doesn't really help."
Here's the actual problem: AI isn't a tool you use once. It's a workflow you build once and reuse forever.
Three things that changed how I use AI daily:
Stop writing prompts from scratch. Build a library of 10-15 prompts for your recurring tasks (weekly reports, content drafts, client emails) and just swap the variables. This alone saves hours a week.
Chain tasks, don't isolate them. Research → outline → draft → edit should be one flow, not four separate ChatGPT tabs you forget to close. Map your workflow once, then run it every time.
Templates beat memory. If you're re-explaining context to AI every session, you're doing it wrong. Save your best-performing prompts and structures as reusable templates.
This is exactly what we teach inside the AI Productivity Masterclass — practical workflows for content, marketing, research, and business automation, not just "AI theory."
If you're a freelancer, creator, or small business owner drowning in repetitive work, this is worth your time.
