Step 2: Connect your Whop account

After purchase, you'll be redirected to app.churnop.com. Click "Connect with Whop" to authorize via OAuth. This gives Churnop read-only access to your membership and payment data. No API keys needed.

Step 3: Link your Discord server (recommended)

In the dashboard at app.churnop.com, click "Connect Discord" and authorize the bot. It reads engagement signals only — never message content. Optional but significantly improves prediction accuracy.

Step 4: Set your alert threshold

Choose your risk score threshold (we recommend starting at 65). Pick your alert channels — Slack, Discord, email, or all three.

Step 5: Review your first risk report

Within minutes, every member gets a score from 0 to 100. Head to the Members tab to see who's at risk. Click any member for a detailed factor breakdown.

Step 6: Use retention playbooks

For each at-risk member, Churnop suggests specific actions based on why they're flagged. Follow the playbook. Save the member.

Where is the dashboard?

What data do you access?

Whop membership and payment data via the Whop API, plus Discord engagement signals (message frequency, channel participation, reactions) via our bot. We never read message content.

How accurate are the predictions?

Our AI model is trained on millions of membership events. Risk scores update in real-time. Most sellers see actionable predictions within the first week.

Do I need a Discord server?

Optional but recommended. Without it, predictions rely on Whop data only. Adding Discord significantly improves accuracy.

What alerts are available?

Slack, Discord, and email. Set your own risk threshold (e.g., alert at 70+ risk score). Alerts fire automatically.

What happens if I cancel?

Dashboard access is revoked immediately. Data retained for 30 days in case you resubscribe.

Is there a free plan?

Churnop Community is free — community chat, resources, and forum. The AI dashboard requires Pro ($49/mo with 14-day free trial).
