Let me explain how the algorithm and dopamine work. 

Initially, your first three to four posts may receive a lot of exposure, even though you won’t have many followers or engagement. This can create a sense of excitement, leading you to post regular videos, photos, and GIFs, giving it your all. However, despite your efforts, you often don’t see the progress you hoped for. Frustration sets in, and you might conclude, “Nah, this isn’t going to work,” and end up giving up. 

That’s how the system operates it can demotivate you. Personally, I have been a victim of this as well. So, please don’t fall for that empty, systemic motivation.

So don't hit with that systemic fake motivation.

You are 30. You are in your prime strength. Stop crying about the years you lost and start making the world pay for the years you have left.
