Welcome to your new productive life with ClearWeek OS!

The noise stops here. You’ve just taken the first step toward reclaiming your focus and eliminating the "busy work" that kills your growth. ClearWeek OS isn't just a template; it’s the operating system for your brain.

How to set up your dashboard (3-Minute Setup):

  1. Claim Your Master File: Go to the "Files" tab on this page to open your high-efficiency template.

  2. Duplicate the System: Once the Google Doc is open, click File > Make a copy. This moves the system into your own private Google Drive so you can start editing immediately.

  3. The Monday Protocol: Your first move is the "Brain Dump." On Monday morning, list every task on your mind. Don't filter them—just get them out of your head.

  4. Assign Your Wins: Pick your 3 "Non-Negotiable" tasks and move them into your Deep Work blocks.

What you now have access to:

  • The Strategic Brain Dump: To stop late-night "work thoughts."

  • Deep Work Time-Blocking: To finish your hardest work before lunch.

  • The Daily Shutdown: To ensure you actually rest in the evening.

Need a custom workflow? If you want to adapt this system for a specific tool (like Notion or Excel) or a specific business niche, drop a message in the chat! I’m here to make sure this system works for you.

Let's make this your most productive week yet.

How I organize my entire week in 15 minutes every Sunday

Most people start Monday with zero plan and spend the whole week reacting instead of executing.

Here's the exact system I use every Sunday night to set up a week where I actually get things done:

Step 1: Brain dump (5 min)

Write down everything on your mind. Tasks, ideas, worries, random stuff. Get it all out of your head and onto paper. This alone kills 80% of brain fog.

Step 2: Pick your 3 daily blocks (5 min)

For each day, assign just 3 blocks:

  • Deep Work — your ONE most important task. Do it first, no distractions.

  • Execution — batch all meetings, emails, and admin here.

  • Review — 15 min to close the day and prep tomorrow.

That's it. Three blocks. Not 47 color-coded tasks.

Step 3: Set your weekly win (5 min)

Ask yourself: "If I could only accomplish ONE thing this week, what would make everything else easier?" That becomes your Monday Block 1.

Why this works:

→ You stop deciding what to do and start doing

→ Your mornings are protected for real work

→ You close each day with clarity instead of anxiety

I built ClearWeek OS around this exact system — it's a simple weekly template that lays all of this out for you. Grab it and try it this Sunday night. See how different your Monday feels.

The 3-block system that killed my brain fog

I used to start every week with 47 open tabs, 12 "urgent" tasks, and zero clarity on what actually mattered.

Sound familiar?

After burning out twice, I built a dead-simple weekly system around one idea: your week only has 3 real priorities. Everything else is noise.

Here's the framework:

Block 1: Deep Work (2-3 hours/day)

Protect your morning. No calls, no Slack, no email. This is where your highest-leverage work happens — the stuff that actually moves the needle on revenue, product, or growth.

Block 2: Operations (1-2 hours/day)

Batch your reactive work. Emails, meetings, admin — all in one window. Stop context-switching between building and managing.

Block 3: Daily Win (5 minutes)

End each day by writing down one concrete thing you accomplished. Not a to-do list — a done list. This rewires your brain from "I'm behind" to "I'm making progress."

I've been running this system for 8 months. The result: I shipped 3x more, took weekends off for the first time in years, and my weekly planning takes 15 minutes instead of 2 hours.

I packaged the whole system into a template called ClearWeek OS. If you're a founder drowning in tasks, it might help.
