Land better clients. Price like you mean it. Keep them.

If your clients are cheap, it's because your offer is.

Most agencies and freelancers don't have a lead problem. They have a filtering problem.

They post, they DM, they hop on "discovery calls" with anyone who shows interest — then they wonder why the client haggles, ghosts invoices, and wants weekly free strategy.

Here's the pattern I keep seeing:

  • You price the work around what you need this month, not what the result is worth.

  • You take the first person who says yes, so you never practice saying no.

  • You over-deliver to keep them, which trains them that extra is included.

Landing better clients is not a personality upgrade. It's a system: who you let in, what you charge, and what happens after they pay.

If you can't name your last three clients' acquisition source, your price, and why they stayed — you don't have a system. You have hope.

Fix the filter. The rest of the business gets quieter.
