Looks like the Minecraft post is already pulling in people outside the brief, like the Facebook page owner above. One quick way to cut that down: put the hard requirements (4k+ subs, Tier 1 audience share, gaming niche) as the first few questions on an application form, so people who don't fit filter themselves out before they DM you.
