The agency code reuse problem (and how I solved it)
Every agency rebuilds the same 5 things for every client: auth flows, payment integrations, dashboard layouts, notification systems, and admin panels.
I tracked my hours for 6 months. 42% of billable time was spent on code I'd already written for a previous client — just slightly different.
So I started building a library of production-ready, modular solutions that slot into any project. Auth that works with any provider. Payment flows that handle edge cases. Admin panels that look custom but take 20 minutes to deploy.
The result: I cut delivery time from 3 weeks to 4 days on average. Same quality. Same client satisfaction. 5x more capacity.
That library became CodeVault. If you're running an agency and burning hours on repetitive builds, this is what I built it for.
