For everyone that got access to the 'Reach 4.0 in Eight Weeks', you got an added FREE bonus:

-> "Adult Tennis Players Hitting Forehands In Balance"

What is it:

A practical readable blueprint for adult tennis players who can rally but lose balance on forehands when the ball is faster, deeper, or wider than expected. It teaches a balance first forehand sequence, split step, turn, spacing, then swing, so the player arrives organized enough to hit a stable forehand instead of scrambling into contact. It includes a one page check-sheet and a two-week practice plan.

Within 21 days, reduce forehand lunges and back foot contacts in live rallies by one visible category using a repeatable pre-contact balance checklist.

The real reason most 3.5 players never reach 4.0 (it's not what you think)

I've watched hundreds of 3.5 players hit the same wall. They practice for months, play twice a week, and stay at 3.5.

The problem isn't effort. It's that they're drilling the wrong things.

Here's what actually separates a 3.5 from a 4.0:

At 3.5: You can rally. You get to the ball. But you lose points making errors under mild pressure.

At 4.0: You construct points. You don't just react — you set up the ball, create pressure, and put it away.

That gap isn't closed by hitting more balls. It's closed by training specific shot patterns until they're automatic under pressure.

Three patterns that will move most 3.5 players to 4.0:

  1. The approach + put-away combo — knowing when to attack and executing without hesitation

  2. The reset under pressure — stopping your error rate when opponents come at you

  3. Serving with intention — not just getting it in, but dictating the next ball

Most players never drill these explicitly. They play matches and hope the pattern shows up.

That's why I built Court Code — a structured drill system built specifically around the 3.5→4.0 transition.
