Everyone says "make quality content" but nobody explains how. As someone who went from 0 to 100K subscribers in 3 years, here's what actually works:
1. Your first 50 videos don't matter
Yes, you read that right. Your first 50 videos are practice. Drop the perfectionism, publish, and move on.
2. Title > Content
No matter how good your video is, if nobody clicks, nobody watches. Write at least 10 title alternatives for every video.
3. Narrow your niche — way down
Not "tech" → "Budget phone reviews"
Not "gaming" → "Mobile strategy game tactics"
4. The first 30 seconds decide everything
Check your YouTube retention graph. If you're losing 40%+ in the first 30 seconds, change your intro.
5. Build a community, not just viewers
Reply to comments, run polls, create a community space. Loyal audience = sustainable income.
