Log into the same Whop account (email) you paid with
2. Connect Discord at whop.com/@me/settings/external-accounts and approve the server join
3. Open your whop, go to the Discord app, pick the linked account and click Claim Access
4. If it still fails, verify their email or phone on Discord and try again
