The #1 reason your webinar slides aren't converting (it's not your offer)
Ran a lot of webinar decks over the last few years, and the pattern is always the same: creators blame the offer when the deck is actually what's killing conversion.
Three things I see constantly:
1. Too many words per slide. If someone has to read a paragraph, they stop listening to you. Rule of thumb: max ~20 words per slide. One idea per slide. If you need more, split it into two slides.
2. No real "before/after" contrast in the story section. Most decks jump straight from "here's who I am" to "here's what I teach." You're skipping the part that makes people lean in — the specific painful before state, contrasted hard against the after. That contrast is what makes your mechanism believable.
3. The offer stack doesn't actually stack. Show each deliverable on its own slide with an individual $ value, then a slide with the total value crossed out against the real price. A single "here's everything you get" slide undersells — people don't do the math themselves, you have to do it for them.
Fix those three things before you touch your offer, pricing, or ad spend. It's almost always the deck.
(If you want the exact slide-by-slide framework, case study formats, and a tweet pack to promote your next webinar, I put together a done-for-you system — happy to answer questions on it here.)
