Stop collecting prompts. Finish Part One.

A notes app full of prompts is not a system. It's a pile.

You don't have an AI problem. You have a finish problem.

The AI Business Workbook is twenty tasks in order. Not a list you cherry-pick.

  1. If you skip Part One, the rest of the workbook is theater. Ninety minutes. Inbox first.

  2. If the task doesn't end with something real in the business the same day — a draft sent, an inbox cleared, a file you reuse — it was a prompt, not work.

  3. If the output sounds like everyone else, you didn't paste your own files and your own wording first.

Lock in. Start with Part One. The first win is closer than you think.

Claude is not a chatbot. Treat it like staff.

Most people open Claude, ask one question, and close the tab. That's the waste.

You already know which parts of the week disappear. Inbox. Follow-ups. Drafts. Research. The same five jobs, every week, still sitting on you.

Here's the rule:

  1. If you've done it twice, Claude can do it the third time — if you give it your files and your wording.

  2. If the output sounds like everyone else, you didn't give it your voice. Paste your own writing first.

  3. If it doesn't end with something real in the business the same day, it was a prompt, not a system.

Lock in.

If your video dies in 3 seconds, nothing else matters

Most people think going viral is luck. It isn't. The platform decides in the first three seconds whether anyone else even sees the rest.

Here's the test I use before I post anything:

  1. Mute the video. Can you still tell what it's about from the first frame? If not, the hook is weak.

  2. Read the first line out loud. If it sounds like an intro ("Hey guys, today I wanted to talk about…"), cut it. Start on the point.

  3. Ask: would I stop scrolling for this, or am I posting because I sat down to post?

Do that on the next 10 videos. You'll feel the difference before the views show up.

If you want the full 7-day loop — hook, hold, post, repeat — How to GO VIRAL is the course I built for people starting from zero.
