Your first product should feel too small

If your idea needs a course, a funnel, and a brand, it is not a first product.

A first product is one page. A packing list. 20 captions. A Saturday checklist for a job people already do. Something a stranger can use in ten minutes.

The test: can you make it in an hour and explain it in one sentence? If not, cut it in half.

Price it so a stranger says yes. $15 works because it is cheap enough to try and high enough that the sale feels real.

Then send it to 10 people who already asked you for help. That is the whole launch.

I wrote those steps into a short checklist if you want them in order. New buyers: code LAUNCH this month.

This week: make your first $15 product

This week has one job: pick a tiny digital product, make it, and try to sell it.

The $15 Product Blueprint is the checklist I wish I had before drowning in courses. It walks you through the idea, the file, the price, and the first sale.

New buyers can use code START5 at checkout through Wednesday, September 23.

One checklist. One weekend. One real sale.

5 digital products you can make this weekend

You do not need an 80-page ebook. You need something a stranger can use in 10 minutes.

Here are five that work at $15:

  1. A one-page checklist for a job people already do (job applications, packing, launching a listing)

  2. A swipe file of 20 captions, emails, or hooks in one niche

  3. A simple Notion or Google Doc template (habit tracker, content calendar, budget)

  4. A mini prompt pack for one tool and one outcome

  5. A "do this on Saturday" guide: 8 steps, no theory

Pick the one you could explain in a single sentence. If you cannot explain it, it is too big.

The $15 Product Blueprint shows you how to choose, build, and price one of these without spending the month getting ready.

Charge $15 first, not $297

A $297 course is hard to sell when nobody knows you yet. A $15 product is a yes from a stranger.

$15 is cheap enough that people will try it. It is high enough that the sale feels real, and you can use that proof to make the next thing.

Your first product is not your life’s work. It is a receipt that says you can sell.

If you want the exact steps, The $15 Product Blueprint is $5. New buyers: code START5 this week.

The 60-minute product checklist

If you have one free hour this week, use it like this:

Minutes 0–15. Write 10 problems you have already solved. Circle the one you could teach in a page.

Minutes 15–40. Make the thing. A PDF, a template, or a short guide. Ugly is fine. Finished is the point.

Minutes 40–50. Price it at $15. Write a headline that names the result, not the format.

Minutes 50–60. Put it on a checkout page and send it to 10 people who already asked you for help.

That is the whole game for a first product. The $15 Product Blueprint is the expanded version of this, with the decision points filled in.

Code START5 for new buyers through September 23.
