The 3 training mistakes killing your gains (and what to do instead)
Most guys train 5-6 days a week and still look the same after a year. Here's why:
Mistake 1: Program hopping. You do PPL for 3 weeks, switch to bro split, try Upper/Lower, then back to PPL. Your muscles never adapt because you never give a program enough time. Stick with one program for 8-12 weeks minimum. Progressive overload only works if you're consistent enough to track it.
Mistake 2: Junk volume. 30 sets per muscle group isn't "working harder" — it's just fatiguing yourself past the point of recovery. Most natural lifters grow optimally on 10-15 hard sets per muscle per week. Cut the fluff, push the sets that matter.
Mistake 3: Ignoring the boring stuff. Sleep, water, protein timing, deload weeks. Nobody wants to talk about sleeping 8 hours, but it's more anabolic than any supplement you're taking.
Inside Discipline Club, every program is built around these principles — structured progression, smart volume, and no BS. If you're tired of spinning your wheels, the door's open.
