The real reason your income keeps resetting (and how to actually stop it)
I used to hit a wall every few weeks.
Not a burnout wall. Not a motivation wall. A pattern wall — where things would start going well, I'd loosen up slightly, and within 10 days I was back at zero trying to rebuild momentum I had already built.
I watched this happen to almost every guy I knew doing the same thing online. Guys who were clearly capable. Not lazy. Not stupid. Just stuck in a loop they couldn't name.
Here is what that loop actually looks like:
1. You get a win. A good week, a sale, a streak of productive days.
2. You reward yourself with slack. Not much — just enough to "take it easy for a bit."
3. The slack becomes the new baseline. You stop noticing. You're still technically showing up, but output dropped.
4. Results slow down. You feel it but don't address it immediately because technically you're still "working."
5. You hit a reset moment. A bad week. A missed goal. Frustration. Now you're back to rebooting.
The problem is not discipline — it's that you never set a floor.
A floor is the minimum standard you hold regardless of how you feel, how good last week was, or how busy life got. It's not your best day. It's your non-negotiable day.
When you have a floor, you stop resetting. You might dip, but you don't fall off a cliff.
---
What that floor looks like in practice:
One revenue-producing task per day, defined the night before
A hard start time and a hard stop time for your work block
A weekly review that takes 15 minutes — not to plan, but to see where you drifted
That's it. Not a complicated system. Just a standard that protects momentum when motivation inevitably drops.
---
If you want to build this from the ground up, that's exactly what I built the Discipline to Income program around. 6 phases, 27 modules, structured in order so the discipline you build in Phase 3 is what powers the income output in Phase 5.

If it's for you, it's for you.
