Requested a refund for the unused portion. Denied, with a copy-paste response about how they can’t refund memberships that aren’t canceled before the renewal date — which has nothing to do with my situation. I didn’t change my mind about the service. They cut off my access and kept the money.
Terrible customer service
too much money for little to no return i gave up about $800 of my hard earned money i won’t give up any more
