Most guys are optimizing the wrong things in the bedroom
Been coaching men on performance and confidence for a while now, and the pattern is always the same: guys spend all their energy worrying about the wrong variable.
They're stressing over technique when the real issue is sleep debt. They're reading about tricks when the real issue is they haven't worked out in 3 weeks and their testosterone is in the gutter. They're anxious about "lasting longer" when the actual problem is they've never had an honest conversation with their partner about pacing.
Three things that move the needle more than any "hack":
Sleep is the #1 performance drug you're not taking. Under 6 hours consistently and every other system — libido, confidence, recovery — degrades. Fix this before anything else.
Confidence is a rehearsed skill, not a personality trait. The guys who seem naturally calm in the bedroom and in dating got there by doing it enough times to desensitize the anxiety. Reps beat theory.
Most "performance" problems are actually communication problems. Nobody teaches men how to just say what they want or ask what their partner wants. That skill alone fixes more than any technique ever will.
If you want structured, no-fluff guides on this stuff (or want to talk through your specific situation 1:1), I put together a library + booked consults — link's on my profile.
