I've watched more EAs blow accounts than I can count. Almost never because the logic was garbage.

It's usually one of three things:

• Sizing. 2% risk on a 20-pip SL with 1:100 leverage is not "aggressive." It's a countdown.

• News and spread. An EA that looks clean on M15 will eat you during NFP if you leave it unsupervised.

• Stacking. Three bots on EURUSD is not diversification. It's correlated ruin.

Rules I actually run:

1. Demo for a full week. No exceptions.

2. Live starts at the smallest lot the broker allows.

3. One EA per pair. If it isn't earning its slot, it's off.

4. News windows are manual. The bot sits out.
