3. Download the files while your subscription is active.

Printer Chat is for print settings and file questions. Print Guides has slicing notes and basic troubleshooting. Announcements covers pack updates.

1-Hour 3D Printer Support is a separate product. It is not included with the STL pack. Each support billing cycle covers one online session of up to 60 minutes.

The STL subscription renews automatically every 2 days at the displayed price until canceled. There is no lifetime access.
