1. Read with a question. Before you open any book, write down ONE question you want answered. Your brain will filter for relevant info automatically.

1. Take 3 notes per chapter, max. Not highlights — actual notes in your own words. If you can't summarize it, you didn't understand it.

1. Apply within 48 hours. Knowledge without action is just entertainment. Pick one thing from each book and use it immediately.
