1. The car is the product, but the experience is what gets paid for. White-glove delivery, a spotless handoff, someone who actually knows the vehicle's quirks — that's worth more to the client than the extra 20 horsepower.

1. Deposits filter for serious clients. Anyone can "inquire." Charging a real deposit up front means the people booking a car for their anniversary or their kid's wedding are actually going to show up.

1. Occasions, not transportation. Nobody is renting a Lamborghini to commute. Every booking is tied to a moment — a proposal, a milestone birthday, a bachelor weekend. Sell the moment, not the horsepower.
