Most founders I talk to think they need more hours. They don't. They need fewer tabs.

A typical Tuesday: inbox, then a follow-up you forgot, then a spreadsheet that should have updated itself, then back to the product. None of those tasks is hard. The switching is what kills the day.

The rule I use: if a task happens more than twice a week and doesn't require your judgment, it shouldn't require you.

Start with one loop this week. Inbox triage or follow-ups. Not both. Measure the hours you get back before you add anything else.
