The faceless content model nobody talks about honestly
Everyone sees the faceless YouTube channel making $10k/month and thinks the secret is the niche.
It's not.
I've built multiple faceless brands and the ones that actually stuck had one thing in common: they were built on a system, not a schedule.
Mistake #1: Treating faceless content like regular content
Most people just take their normal content ideas and cut their face out. That doesn't work. Faceless content has different hooks, different retention patterns, and different monetisation paths. You have to build for the format.
Mistake #2: Starting with the wrong platform
YouTube is not always the move for beginners. Depending on your niche, Instagram Reels or TikTok Series will get you to monetisation 4-6x faster. Platform-niche fit matters more than platform preference.
Mistake #3: Skipping the content engine step
The creators making real money aren't grinding 30 videos a month. They've built a repeatable production system — topic research → script template → voiceover workflow → edit template → post. Once it's built, a single video takes 45 minutes. That's the actual unlock.
If you're starting from zero or stuck at 1k subscribers wondering why nothing's working — it's almost always one of these three.
