Heavenly Father,
Thank You for giving me the gift of a new morning.
Thank You for waking me up today, for the breath in my lungs, for the beating of my heart, and for another opportunity to live, to love, to grow, and to walk with You.
Before I begin this day, I want to come into Your presence.
Lord, fill my heart with Your presence.
Fill every empty place within me with Your peace.
Fill every anxious thought with Your comfort.
Fill every weakness with Your strength.
Fill every fear with Your courage.
Fill every confusion with Your wisdom.
Fill every disappointment with Your hope.
Fill every broken place with Your healing love.
Lord, I don't want to begin this day relying only on my own understanding, my own strength, or my own plans. I need You.
Walk with me today.
Go before me and prepare the way.
Walk beside me and guide every step.
Stand behind me and protect me.
Stay within me and strengthen my heart.
Let Your presence surround me wherever I go.
Father, before I speak to anyone today, let me speak with kindness.
Before I make a decision, give me wisdom.
Before I react, give me patience.
Before I become discouraged, remind me that You are with me.
Before I become afraid, remind me that I belong to You.
Lord, guard my heart today.
Do not allow bitterness to take root in me.
Do not allow anger to control me.
Do not allow jealousy to steal my peace.
Do not allow pride to lead me.
Do not allow fear to make my decisions.
Do not allow the words or actions of others to determine my worth.
Teach me to keep my heart soft before You.
Give me a heart that forgives.
A heart that loves.
A heart that serves.
A heart that listens.
A heart that is humble.
A heart that is grateful.
A heart that seeks You even when life becomes difficult.
Lord, fill my heart with Your presence until there is no room for fear to rule me.
When I feel overwhelmed, remind me that I can bring everything to You.
When I don't know what to do, teach me to wait for Your direction.
When I feel tired, renew my strength.
When I feel alone, remind me that I am never truly alone because You are near.
When I feel like giving up, whisper hope into my heart.
When I feel that I am not enough, remind me that my identity is not found in people's approval, achievements, possessions, failures, or circumstances. My identity is found in You.
Father, I surrender this entire day into Your hands.
I surrender my plans.
I surrender my expectations.
I surrender my worries.
I surrender my conversations.
I surrender my work.
I surrender my relationships.
I surrender my future.
I surrender everything I cannot control.
If my plans change today, give me grace.
If something unexpected happens, give me peace.
If a door closes, help me trust that You are still leading me.
If a door opens, give me wisdom to know whether it is from You.
And if I have to wait, teach me not to lose faith.
Lord, help me remember that Your timing is better than my timing.
Protect my mind today.
Keep my thoughts from becoming a place of fear and worry. Help me think about what is true, good, pure, lovely, and worthy of gratitude.
When negative thoughts come, help me recognize them and bring them before You.
Let my mind rest in Your promises.
Let my heart rest in Your love.
Let my soul rest in Your presence.
Father, bless my family today.
Watch over the people I love.
Protect them wherever they go.
Keep them safe from harm.
Give them health, peace, wisdom, and strength.
Meet every need that they carry silently.
Comfort those who are hurting.
Strengthen those who are weak.
Encourage those who feel discouraged.
Provide for those who are struggling.
Give hope to those who feel hopeless.
And Lord, if there is someone who needs a miracle today, let Your mercy meet them exactly where they are.
Bless my home with peace.
Let my home be a place where love lives, where forgiveness is practiced, where kindness is spoken, and where Your presence is welcomed.
Father, bless the work of my hands today.
Whatever I do, help me do it with honesty, excellence, patience, and a willing heart.
Keep me from comparing my journey with someone else's.
Help me remember that I don't have to have everything figured out today.
I only need to take the next step with You.
Give me wisdom in my work.
Give me creativity in my responsibilities.
Give me discipline when I don't feel motivated.
Give me perseverance when things become difficult.
Give me humility when things go well.
And when I accomplish something today, let me remember to give You the glory.
Lord, place the right people around me.
Give me discernment to recognize those who bring wisdom, encouragement, truth, and peace.
Give me courage to establish healthy boundaries where necessary.
Help me be a blessing to the people I meet today.
Maybe someone I encounter will be carrying a burden I cannot see.
Help me be gentle.
Maybe someone will need encouragement.
Give me the right words.
Maybe someone will disappoint me.
Give me grace to respond without hatred.
Maybe someone will need kindness.
Help me notice.
Lord, make me sensitive to the opportunities You place before me.
Don't let me become so busy that I miss the people You want me to love.
Don't let me become so focused on my problems that I forget someone else may need encouragement.
Teach me to slow down enough to recognize Your presence.
Father, protect me from every path that would take me away from You.
If something is not good for me, give me the strength to walk away.
If a relationship is pulling me away from You, give me wisdom.
If an opportunity looks attractive but is not right for me, give me discernment.
If temptation comes, give me strength to say no.
If I am tempted to compromise my values, remind me who I am and Whose I am.
Lord, fill my heart with Your presence so deeply that my life reflects You.
Let Your presence change the way I speak.
Change the way I think.
Change the way I treat people.
Change the way I respond to difficulties.
Change the way I handle success.
Change the way I face uncertainty.
Change the way I see myself.
Change the way I see others.
I don't simply want to know about You.
I want to know You.
I don't simply want Your blessings.
I want Your presence.
I don't simply want You to change my circumstances.
I want You to change me.
Father, teach me to desire You above everything else.
When blessings come, keep me close to You.
When trials come, keep me close to You.
When prayers are answered, keep me close to You.
When prayers seem unanswered, keep me close to You.
When I understand what You are doing, keep me close to You.
When I don't understand, keep me even closer.
Let my relationship with You not depend on what I receive from Your hands, but on who You are.
You are my Father.
You are my refuge.
You are my strength.
You are my hope.
You are my peace.
You are my provider.
You are my protector.
You are my comfort.
And You are with me.
Lord, I place every burden I woke up carrying into Your hands.
The worries about tomorrow.
The regrets from yesterday.
The questions I cannot answer.
The situations I cannot control.
The things I wish I could change.
The people I cannot change.
The battles nobody knows I'm fighting.
I give them all to You.
Teach me to live this day instead of worrying about a tomorrow that has not arrived.
Give me grace for today.
Give me strength for today.
Give me faith for today.
Give me daily bread for today.
And when tomorrow comes, I will trust You with tomorrow.
Father, I pray for divine protection over my mind, body, heart, home, family, relationships, work, and journey.
Keep me from accidents, harm, evil, deception, and unnecessary trouble.
Give me discernment to recognize danger and wisdom to avoid it.
Surround me with Your protection and let Your peace guard my heart.
But above all, Lord, protect me from becoming distant from You.
Because more than anything else, I need Your presence.
Lord, there may be things I don't have today.
There may be prayers I am still waiting to see answered.
There may be dreams that haven't happened yet.
There may be doors I am still waiting for You to open.
But this morning, I choose gratitude.
Thank You for what I have.
Thank You for what You have done.
Thank You for what You are doing even when I cannot see it.
And thank You for what You are preparing that I cannot yet understand.
Help me not to overlook today's blessings while waiting for tomorrow's miracles.
Let me appreciate this breath.
This morning.
This moment.
This opportunity.
This life.
This day.
And most importantly, Your presence.
Lord, fill my heart with Your presence.
Fill me until my worries become prayers.
Fill me until my fear becomes faith.
Fill me until my weakness becomes dependence upon You.
Fill me until my sadness finds hope.
Fill me until my confusion finds peace.
Fill me until my life becomes a reflection of Your love.
Let Your presence go with me into every room.
Into every conversation.
Into every meeting.
Into every responsibility.
Into every challenge.
Into every decision.
Into every place I go today.
May I never forget that You are near.
And when I become distracted, bring my heart back to You.
When I become proud, humble me.
When I become impatient, slow me down.
When I become fearful, remind me of Your faithfulness.
When I become discouraged, remind me of how far You have already brought me.
When I fall, help me get back up.
When I make a mistake, give me the humility to learn.
When I hurt someone, give me the courage to apologize.
When someone hurts me, give me the grace to forgive.
And when I am blessed, give me a grateful heart.
Father, let this morning be more than the beginning of another busy day.
Let it be the beginning of another day walking with You.
May I carry Your peace wherever I go.
May I carry Your love wherever I go.
May I carry Your light wherever I go.
May people encounter something different in me—not because I am perfect, but because Your presence is working within me.
Let my words bring life.
Let my actions bring kindness.
Let my attitude bring peace.
Let my choices honor You.
And let my life point people toward You.
Lord, I don't know everything this day will bring.
I don't know who I will meet.
I don't know what challenges will come.
I don't know what surprises are waiting for me.
But I know this:
You will be with me.
And because You are with me, I don't have to be afraid.
So I step into this new day with faith.
I step forward with hope.
I step forward with gratitude.
I step forward with courage.
Not because I know what the day holds,
but because I know Who holds me.
Father, take control of this day.
Take control of my thoughts.
Take control of my words.
Take control of my choices.
Take control of my desires.
Take control of my plans.
Take control of my heart.
And make me more like You.
Let Your presence be my greatest desire today.
Let Your peace be my greatest treasure.
Let Your love be my greatest motivation.
Let Your wisdom guide me.
Let Your strength sustain me.
Let Your grace carry me.
Let Your Spirit lead me.
And when this day comes to an end, may I be able to look back and say:
“Lord, You were with me every step of the way.”
Heavenly Father, I place this entire day into Your loving hands.
I trust You with what I understand.
I trust You with what I don't understand.
I trust You with my past.
I trust You with my present.
I trust You with my future.
I trust You with my dreams.
I trust You with my fears.
I trust You with my family.
I trust You with my needs.
I trust You with everything.
And above everything I could ask for, I ask for one thing:
Lord, fill my heart with Your presence.
Don't let me begin this day without You.
Don't let me walk through this day without You.
Don't let me make decisions without seeking You.
Don't let me become so busy that I forget You.
Stay close to me, Lord.
Hold my hand when I am weak.
Carry me when I cannot walk.
Guide me when I cannot see.
Comfort me when I am hurting.
Strengthen me when I am tired.
Correct me when I go astray.
And remind me every morning that I am never alone.
Today is Your gift.
My life is in Your hands.
My future is in Your hands.
And my heart belongs to You.
So I breathe deeply, release my worries, lift my eyes toward You, and begin this day with faith.
Lord, fill my heart with Your presence.
Fill my home with Your peace.
Fill my mind with Your wisdom.
Fill my words with Your grace.
Fill my hands with purpose.
Fill my steps with direction.
Fill my soul with hope.
And fill my life with Your love.
May Your presence be with me in the morning, throughout the day, and into the night.
May I never walk away from You.
May I never forget Your goodness.
May I never doubt Your love.
And may everything I do today bring glory and honor to Your name.
Thank You for this new morning.
Thank You for another chance.
Thank You for another breath.
Thank You for Your mercy.
Thank You for Your grace.
Thank You for Your unfailing love.
Thank You for never leaving me.
Thank You for always being near.
I surrender this day to You.
I surrender my heart to You.
I surrender my plans to You.
I surrender my future to You.
And I ask You once again, from the deepest place within me:
Lord, fill my heart with Your presence.
Stay with me.
Lead me.
