The AI-Powered Realtor is live — 8+ hours back every week

Agents lose half their week to listings, follow-up, and open-house admin. This guide is the system I use to cut that work without sounding like a robot — and without breaking Fair Housing rules.

Who it's for: real estate agents, brokers, and team leaders.

Limited-time price: $36/month (normally $79).

What you get

• Automated listing systems — 30-second MLS descriptions from raw bullets

• Lead-nurture scripts — re-engage ghosted buyers without being pushy

• Daily AI workflows — 15 minutes Mon / Wed / Fri

The 9 steps inside

  1. Train AI on your brand voice + compliance (no “stunning,” “boasts,” or “gem”)

  2. Turn specs into story-driven MLS copy (first-time buyer vs luxury investor)

  3. One property → Instagram caption, Facebook preview invite, open-house flyer

  4. 3-email re-engagement for buyers who went silent 60 days ago

  5. 24-hour open-house follow-up that books a 10-minute consult

  6. CMA spreadsheets → 4 seller talking points that justify price

  7. Empathetic replies to rate and market objections

  8. The 15-minute routine: Monday content, Wednesday CRM, Friday open houses

  9. Bookmark the prompt library and run it on your next listing today

Safety rule in the book: never put contracts, SSNs, or sensitive financials into public AI models.

The 15-minute onboarding rule that stops you from working for free

Every freelancer I know has the same leak.

You close a client. Then you spend two hours building a form, another hour writing a welcome email, then a kickoff call that could have been a checklist. That's not onboarding. That's unpaid labor wearing a professional hat.

The fix is not a prettier Typeform. It's a hard rule: new client → live in 15 minutes, using the same three assets every time.

  1. One intake form. Same fields. Never rebuilt.

  2. One kickoff SOP. Form submitted, payment in, first deliverable date locked.

  3. One "you're live" message. No custom novel.

If a step doesn't put money in your account or get the work started, delete it.

I built Fast Client Onboard System because I was tired of watching people lose a full billable day every time they signed someone. The kit is the form, the SOP, and the message — already written.

Use it on the next client. Time yourself. If it takes more than 15 minutes, you added extra steps. Cut them.
