The 3 Gym Mistakes That Are Killing Your Progress
Most people spend months in the gym with nothing to show for it. Here's why:
Mistake #1: No Progressive Overload
Doing the same weight every week is maintenance, not growth. If you're not tracking your lifts and pushing slightly harder each session, you're wasting time.
Mistake #2: Ignoring Recovery
Training 7 days a week isn't dedication — it's sabotage. Your muscles grow during rest, not during the workout. Sleep 7-8 hours. Eat enough protein. Take rest days seriously.
Mistake #3: Program Hopping
Switching routines every 2 weeks means you never adapt to anything. Pick one solid program and run it for 8-12 weeks minimum before changing.
I built Fitness Gym Course to fix all three of these. Structured programming, built-in recovery protocols, and progressive overload tracking — everything you need to actually see results.
Stop guessing. Start growing.
