You don't need more gym time. You need a shorter week that actually changes how you look.
Most busy people don't fail training because they're lazy. They fail because the plan assumes they live in a gym.
Five-day body-part splits. 90-minute sessions. "Just be consistent." Then a late meeting hits, they skip Thursday, feel behind, and ghost the whole week.
Here's the version that works if you have a job:
Three sessions. 45–60 minutes. Full body, heavy enough to matter, short enough you can protect it on a calendar.
Monday: squat pattern + push + a pull.
Wednesday: hinge + overhead + a row.
Friday: a single-leg movement, arms, and the stuff that makes you look like you train.
That's it. No fourth day "if you feel like it." Feeling like it is how the week dies.
Nutrition is the same idea. You don't need a 40-item meal plan. You need protein at every meal, a slight calorie deficit or surplus on purpose, and the same 8–10 foods you can buy on a Sunday.
If you want the look without turning your life into a second job, that's the whole method. Show up three times. Log the week. Adjust. Repeat.
I'm coaching that inside Fitness redesigned.
